Ms. Kanwal Batool Naqvi has an MPhil degree in International Relations from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad. Previously, she obtained an MSc degree in the same discipline from the same university. She stood 15th in Pakistan in the CSS 2012 exam and was allocated to the prestigious Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS).
